1523 sq.ft. with large 3rd bedroom. Layout makes house feel bigger than it is.
	This house was a contract house designed by the owner. At first, they didn't want to build a house, because the last time they had one built, it became one of the horror stories you hear about. Their contractor became abusive and didn't do things the way they wanted. When we agreed to work together, it went so well that I'm now building their daughters house.
1767 sq.ft., 3 bed, 2 bath with formal dining, living and family rooms.
	Building homes for 27 years. Small company, very personable, you always speak with the owner.
During design and construction, my time is yours. Unless you ask for extra work, you won't pay a penny more than a contract price.

	This house is a 3,500 sq. ft. custom 3 bed, 3 bath, den, living room, family room, dining room with a huge kitchen for a gourmet cook. The owner put in commercial ovens and refrigerators. Hardwood floors, oak doors and casings were also added.
